Net Terms & Ordering On Account

In order to place orders with this shopping cart "on account" without using a credit card, you must first become a Registered User. If granted terms, you agree to a late payment finance charge on your invoice of 1.5%. You also agree to pay all reasonable attorney's fees and all collection agency fees incurred in the collection of any amount owed and not paid when due.

Shipping and Transit Times

Customer agrees to not hold RU Ltd? accountable for delays in delivery occasioned by acts of God or other circumstances over which we have no control. Factory shipment or delivery dates are the best estimates of our suppliers, and in no case shall RU Ltd? be liable for any consequences or damages arising from any delay in delivery. We ship to the United States ONLY via ground service or the best method available to meet your in-hands or event date. Orders to be delivered outside the United States are subject to prior approval. The shopping cart calculates shipping based upon weight and UPS calculations. We cannot adjust this amount upon shipping when processing the credit card charge to reflect the ACTUAL shipping costs - in the event that a cart error occurs, we can refund differences when error is in purchasers favor and we reserve the right to request additional payment when calculation errors are made in RU Ltd?'s favor. No charges are processed until shipment has been confirmed by the manufaturer, unless previously discussed and agreed.

Manufacturing Variances & Consistency of Bulk Product Ordering

Note: we encourage you to take the opportunity to review a sample of products before ordering in bulk quantity. Samples are always returnable for refund if the product is not acceptable and are rebated against any imprint orders that result from the sample. We are very careful about the suppliers and manufacturers we use, however, manufacturing variations are unavoidable and therefore not all products will be perfectly identical. By choosing to place and order with RU Ltd?, you agree to reasonable manufacturing variances such as slight variations in product material, color and packaging.

Sales Tax

RU Ltd? is required by law to collect all applicable sales taxes for the state, counties and cities of North Carolina. Companies, individuals and organizations who are exempt from sales tax should provide us with their resale certificate by fax to 910-799-4553.

Cancellations and Alterations to Existing Orders

Once an order enters production, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made to that order. We will make every effort to comply with any cancellation requests. You are liable to pay the agreed upon price for any work that may have been completed up to the time that we are able to cancel your order. These charges may include but are not limited to setup charges, artwork preparation charges, shipping charges and restocking fees. All completed work and costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer. Order changes will often result in delayed production time.

Claims, Adjustments and Returns

If you have any problems with your order please contact us at 1-800-666-2972 within 15 days of receipt. We advise opening your merchandise to review its quality if you do not intend to use it right away.

Overages and Shortages

It is not always possible to produce the exact quantity ordered due to quality control efforts and fast running machines. We reserve the right to ship and subsequently bill or credit, your charge card or account, for up to 5% over or under the desired quantity.

Site Pricing

While we make best efforts to keep our site up to date, from time to time actual market conditions may change the price of a product. We reserve the right to change prices on the site at anytime. If a site price is incorrect on an item that you ordered, we will contact you immediately with the most updated price or help you choose a different item that is within your budget

Check Returns

In all cases where we must take action regarding a check returned for Non-Sufficient Funds, we will assess a $50.00 fee.
